A heavy shower late morning caused a brief suspension of play, and another caused some delay, but an improvement saw the round completed. The Senior Champion is Kishan Rai, who had a 75 to give him a 3 round total of 231, 3 ahead of B Caskey. The Intermediate Championship went to B Wood, who had a solid 80 to hold off T Johnson by 6, with W Dymond one shot further back. The Junior title went to B Swindlehurst, who had an 89, and headed off G Radich by 6, with H Morton 3 shots back in 3rd place. The Austin Yardley Cup for the best 3 round nett score went to W Cleland, who had nett scores of 63, 70 and 66 to total 199, 7 ahead of W Dymond's 72,72,62, total 206. Congratulations to all winners, it was testing in the conditions. Thank you to all players for fronting up despite the conditions. The event needs our support so please get your name in. Ladies Golf Ladies golf was washed out last weekend. Veteran's Golf Miro started a field of 28 golfers in a Stableford competition.
